This service is provided to estate and letting agents. It’s designed for ongoing maintenance support rather than one-off or emergency work.
Work is agreed in advance and carried out within the agreed scope. If something comes up that requires a specialist trade or further approval, this will be flagged before continuing.
Work is charged on labour plus materials, with time starting from arrival on site. A minimum charge applies for short visits.
Access arrangements must be confirmed before attendance. Where access has been agreed but isn’t available on arrival, time may still be chargeable to cover time reserved and travel to site.
Reasonable care is taken when carrying out work. Responsibility is limited to the agreed scope and does not extend to pre-existing defects or consequential losses.
